The First In-Person Gathering for the TS411 Community
Most independent shop owners are on an island. Their closest competitors are local shops they can’t openly collaborate with. This meeting brings heavy-duty truck shop owners, managers, technicians, vendors, and industry leaders together around one mission: building the private network, training hub, collective buying power, and resource platform for the people who keep trucks moving. This is not a generic conference. It’s a working event for people who live the truck shop business every day.
Peer Networking
Connect with shop owners who actually understand what you deal with every day, a room full of peers you don’t normally have access to.
Inside a Working Shop
Walk through a successful heavy-duty repair operation at the Monson Truck & Trailer 20-year open house and see how it really runs.
Training Previews
Get a first look at the expert-led training roadmap covering truck systems and the shop-operations skills that keep your business profitable.
Top 20 Groups Launch
Discover the private, recurring peer groups built for owners who want to compare notes, solve problems, and stay accountable.
Shape What’s Next
Preview future initiatives like Breakdown411 and tell us what TS411 should build next. Your feedback drives the roadmap.
Learn From the Experts
Hear directly from shop operators and industry experts on hiring and keeping techs, collective buying power, technical training, and building a shop that grows.
Learn From People Who Know the Work
